Job Summary

We are looking for the following positions to work with us on an upcoming educational project in Goa.

​

• Teaching Consultants (Mathematics)

• Teaching Consultants (Science)

​

We need Mathematics and Science Consultants who will provide professional consultation services in Mathematics and Science.

 

Services may involve providing consultation on effective mathematics and Science instruction and program implementation including but not limited to providing demonstration lessons, creating lesson aid and material that will help the students understand a topic clearly, which may include but not limited to work-sheets, audio-video lessons, quizzes, puzzles, games, crosswords etc.

An ideal candidate would have experience teaching middle school and high school education (Goa Board) with mathematics and Science teaching experience.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

​

• Duties may involve providing consultation on effective mathematics and Science instruction and program implementation including but not limited to providing demonstration lessons, creating lesson aid and material that will help the students understand a topic clearly, which may include but not limited to work-sheets, audio-video lessons, quizzes, puzzles, games, crosswords etc.

Required Experience and Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 5 years of Maths / Science teaching experience in Goa Board is mandatory within the grade bands for which you are applying to work. In addition, two or more years’ experience as a math / Science coach, instructional leader/ consultant, providing professional learning services is preferred.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Mathematics or Science instruction in high school.

• In-depth knowledge of the Goa Board Mathematics/science syllabus.

• Knowledgeable about effective skills and strategies for diverse learners.
